Respond to potential complaints or disputes
Maintain appropriate business records

After this period, personal data will be securely deleted or destroyed.

We share your information only with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for the purpose of completing, submitting and progressing your Attendance Allowance claim, with other parties where required by law (e.g., HMRC, regulators) and with secure IT service providers who support our business operations and act as data processors.
